Manager kata OT rm30 (RM15 makan + RM15 travel) even OT from 8am to 1am don care public holiday or weekend

ok I got 1 male colleague (lets make it Mr.A) sit beside me, and this happens yesterday:

10am:
boss assigned job to us and we split it 2 and take one each and start to do it

11am:
Mr.A : hey, how is your progress?
me: okok lor.... going to be done very soon....
Mr.A : can share me ur file? wan copy abit.
me: sure, take it (send him with skype)

1pm:
Go lunch

1:30pm:
boss inform Mr.A there is some changes of the task and format too, and ask Mr.A to inform me regarding the changes.

2:00pm:
came back from lunch and Mr.A chat chat with me how hard is the task

2:15pm:
I hand up my task to boss, and I can feel the heat.

result: kena marah gao gao

Now I x peduli Mr.A liao meyampah betol

job scope: development,support,testing and train people

working hour: 9am - 6pm but OT almost everyday (including sat n sun n public holiday)

OT is counted by day not hours or shift and its firmly RM35(weekend & public holiday) RM30(weekdays)

most of the time OT on sat n sun start frm 8am to 10pm (sometimes until midnight 2am)

salary: <3k

increament? 5% only (my senior even worse, kasi rm150 saja)

why wanna leave? Boss scold me when I playing my phone during lunch time

Currently others company offer 20% more with better benefit.

What /k will do if u guys in my situation now?

Hi, after been struggle a night, finally made a post here to seek for help from those who experience this or doc, its about my gf, she complained that her vagina still comes blood BUT its not her period and the colour also different. It happens from sunday till now and it still continue which worried us.

Will bring her to hospital for check up asap, is there anyone face the same issue before?

UPDATE: 2:19PM Just now my gf called me, she said now the blood seems lesser already still, better go check tonight

currently the blood is stop bleeding at all smile.gif however, we will see tomorrow if it comes again, I will bring my gf to check up again.
