Feeling the blues

Yeah, as per topic title, I've felt that my life is going nowhere at the moment. Now, I'm on a year long sabbatical break. Should I have new goals in life or should I just enjoy my holiday break?

I never had long break before because I was busy doing work. So I would appreciate it if you guys out there could give me some decent advice on how to not feeling the blues. Thanks.
