Clinical Research Associate (CRA) career prospect

What is the career prospect of CRA in malaysia and also around the world? I heard it's a stressful job as you need to meet tight deadlines. Nonetheless if you manage to pull it through the future is there. Also, what about Clinical Trial Assistant (CTA) as a stepping stone to CRA?

Any feedback guys?

How is the pay in biotech companies in Malaysia?

Hi all, I am wondering how is the pay like in the biotech companies in Malaysia - be it startups or those more reputable ones.

I know the pay in a public uni as a lab Research Assistant is about RM1,600- RM2,000, depending on how generous the lab is. Other than that, I have no idea how is it in other companies.

How long does HR get back to you?

I have finished the final stage of interview one month ago. I have been waiting for HR to come out with an offer for more than 2 weeks! The job is starting in Jan 2013, and only about a week left till then. I have called them up and followed up for 2 times. I rather not to push them anymore before I annoy them further. And I am here waiting everyday for their call Advice needed

It's a fresh entry position btw. I guess they always have something more important to settle?

Hi all. I am thinking of going into HR field as a fresh graduate, probably specialising in Recruitment after that. I heard the career progression for HR is steep and it's heading towards the strategic roles rather than only administrative tasks. Any advice?
