Timer Switch to Control Water Flow

I have the problem of the water pressure to my bathrooms being very weak.
I'm thinking of collecting the water in a water trough for bathing...you know the old method
using a bucket to pour water over your body. It is also more refreshing way to take bath
especially on a hot day.

It would be quite troublesome to turn the tap on and remembering to turn it
off when the trough is full.
I was wondering if there is a device connected to the tap which can be set to allow water to flow
and shuts off by itself within a pre-set time limit.

I know there is such a device for electricity but for water to flow?

One way is to connect the tap with a hose to a ball valve mechanism as in a w.c. cistern, but this would be
be crude. I believe there's something similar used in the washing machine to control the water level.

Travelling time to work

I've a relative from Ipoh, a university student, who will be starting on a 3-month internship in an engineering firm in Plaza Glomac in Kelana Jaya, next MBPJ Stadium.

He has a place to stay in Taman Desa, Old Klang Road.

He will be driving to work but he is not familiar with the Klang Valley and the traffic conditions. I suppose he'll have to take the Federal Highway to go to that part of PJ.

His work starts at 8.30 pm. What is the best time for him to depart from Taman Desa to avoid traffic congestion and minimize travelling time?

Your advice will be appreciated. Thanks.
