hi..i need help...
i have lenovo G480 (20149) preinstalled windows 8.. 8gb RAM,
there is my problem:
- take time to startup and shut down my laptop (5-10 minutes)
- also take a lot of time to open any program like office etc then sometime it will not responding
- open certain folder also take a lot of time
- already done disk defragment but still no effect

it is possibly that my hdd has been damaged?
