WTA PC FREEZE WHEN I CLICKED "PLAY" BUTTON IN DOTA

Hye guys, I need a favour here as i mention on my topic title above. Here's my problem : My pc freeze or stuck when i clicked "PLAY" button in DOTA2 then i have to do Task Manager because of the freeze. But i can play with my friends
( PARTY ) because i'm not the one who clicking the "PLAY" button. Also i can play others game such as Watch Dogs, FIFA 15, Bioshock Infinite and many more. It only happen in DOTA2. Then i also do this step http://dev.dota2.com/showthread.php?t=148000 still same issue came out.

P/S : I already format my pc. Also uninstall steam like 6 times still not fix it. Sometimes i got bluescreen so frustrated
