I'm an expat from India. I live near Brickfields, Kuala Lumpur.

I have been seeing a Mentally ill homeless between The Pines Condo to KFC corroding to Srk la salle, school & opposite to Fatima church. I have been seeing from couple of months. He is not that bad to people but there are more than 3 schools(SRK, GIIS, SMJ etc) around.

If he hurt any children, I cannot guess the consequences. As a human i just want to him but helpless as an Expat. I have mailed to many organisations & societies. But no use. Please any one contact rehabs or share rehab contacts.
