Im totally clueless regarding renovation cost and current trend of renovation type, bought a new house and the completion date is estimated at Q2/Q3 2023

i read plenty of topic and saw pros recommend stuff, but i couldnt get enough of what i should do

basically i want to reno (the house came empty, standard condo)

-kitchen
-living hall ceiling
-2 room with wardrobe with bed

i have 1 year+ to save some more money to get enough exclude appliances, i'd appreciate if there is some photo or the names of material to reno

i'll go with either one of this budget for my new house renovation cost

Hello fellas, recently a days ago i upgrade my origimal alza 15inch rim to 16/7 with tyre 205/45r16, and lowered spring (huku brand), im not very satisfied with my comfort, its so bumpy and i feel so annoying
is there anyway to comfort my car without bumpy and lowered too?

I have front up and down +rear antiroll bar (UT)

Please list me spec that will comfort my car

i know people will feel alza is not very comfort car yes i know, but work for it will do the job rather than buy expensive car (depends on people hobbies right)

My journey was 9 Months and still going
I Start my fitness and fatloss on march 2016

My 5months was stupid intake of calories, i eat about 900-800, it was horrible and i lost weight like water, so fast, and i start to learn everything on youtube and google, about nutrion, bmr tdee, etc i take about 2000-2500 right now, and i lost 1 kg a month

Trust me, weight lifting make my metabolism rate so high, before i eat 1500 cal, and its really hard to lose, and now im doing weight training for 3-2 hours a day(5 days a week) and i eat about 2.2k-2.5k calories and still losing weight and build some muslce

Im really sad that i didnt study when i was in school, i just always cut the school off and go to cyber cafe and plays games around the school hours and back to home pretending.

It was my fault, i was really addicted to GAMES, that things doesn't give me anything, im 20 now and im sick to get job or work for money to survive my family.

I had a family business which is managed by my dad and mom, its been pretty smooth till i'm 18, suddenly my dad had a stroke attack, which is 3rd time attack and its worse than ever, he cant even walk or talk properly, so the time has come to give away that business to other person (sold) because no one to take hand for that, i cant do that business due to my experience (well my careless attitude), by time goes, we are suffering for living and i realize i wasted my life with bul***t.

I decide to work, the salary im getting is really not enough, its worth 40% of our living, (RM 2.5k) i have to suffer everyone in my family i also have my brother who is studying in high school (form 4) its really tight to living my life, im trying to do my best to live my family properly, but how long am i going to do this? i wanted my brother study i want him to get extra class such as tuition tutorial, but i cant effort for him, its gonna cost RM100-200, i wanted something that i miss.

I really want to study for certificate or good jobs, but i dont know if i can still study because i didnt complete my high school, i just went to scholl untill form 2 (14 y/o), i promise i wont miss my life anymore. i also decide to go over sea to work for high amount of salary but than none to take care of my family.

Is it possible if i want to study by any chance ? ( i just have UPSR result and its worthless)
My ambition is to become a Computer programmer, or Engineer. (just in case if someone wonder what is my ambition lol)
