Tutorial for using Sky3ds+ with new SD card with bigger size can refer on it's website.

Just copy games downloaded from internet (.3DS format) into any SD card (format to FAT32), then insert into the flashcard and play it on your 3DS. Press orange button to switch between games. Very simple.
