Yard at Condos

How do you guys normally renovate your yard space? At my condo, the yard has a very big opening and I've installed some sliding windows at the yard.. However recently an incident happened that one of the owner's sliding window fell off and shattered. We might have to remove all sliding windows. Another alternative will be a grille but it looks DAMN UGLY and it affects the aesthetics of the exterior.. Are there any other alternatives? If you have, do you mind sharing a photo of your condo yard for reference?

Hi, saw this brand online with Lazada.. Did a bit of research, apparently it is the No.1 brand for Air Cond in China.. Even targeting to go to New York.. Just wondering how reliable is this brand and any feedback from the users? Anyone can share their experience here?

No water supply almost 2 months after VP

Hi all, I just collected keys recently for my property. VP date was 29th December 2017. However, until today, we have been in a battle with developer, TNB, Syabas for water & electricity supply. Last week, only some units had TNB meter installed and until now, no water supply to our units at all. We paid RM70 deposit to management, and when we contacted Syabas, they said it is considered as bulk meter and ask us to check with management. When we asked management, they could not give an answer as in when the water supply will come in.

Need advice, we are stuck now - is there any action that we can take?

According to them, it is a cotton wall application, better than paint (more healthy) and cheaper than wallpaper. Anyone used this before and how is the outcome? Apparently they can also do some impressive designs like wall art.
