partition on HDD

My office just bought a HP PC dc 7800.
it is installed with a 250Gb HDD.

222 Gb is for local disk C :- for OS and data.
10Gb for local disk D :- for recovery

i want to divide the partition C to 2 and that will be C and a new partition that would be E.
then i hv used the partition magic 7 to resize and create the new partition . after i applied the changes that i want . the pc restart.
After bios before entering windows, there the resizing happened. but it says that too much error occurred. that the changes has been cancel.

i wonder why that happened and how i can make the partition.?

i just bought a pen drive 2 Gb. in the pendrive , there is a software named secure traveller if im not mistaken. then i get in the software, do the password and make the partition in the pendrive about 700mb for the secure traveller. then it will be 700mb for the secure traveller. then available space will be 1300mb. then i ter'delete' the software. now the 2gb pen become just only 1.3gb... how to solve this prob.... is there any body have the softcopy then can emel/pm me...or tell me how to make the pendrive become normal 2gb again

i hv prob bout my pc, when playin game even counterstrike my pc hang after a while then it restart itself,

i already change my graphic card to asus 9550, then sometime the pc cannot be start even bios cannot be shown in the monitor,
