Morning =p ..

Thank god it is another friday again ~

I would like to share my health status ,

I am little bit confusing because i never gain even 1KG of my weight in this 7 years ~

My daily life is simple and very straight forward .

One day i eat 4 meal - 5 meal . including supper or late supper .

And in a week at least 2 - 3 times exercise , like jogging , cycling .

But my weight never gain.

Wondering why ..

So should i take protein ??

Hi guys .

Below attach image is my problem .

Did anyone of you here facing this problem too .

Suspected hardware problem now .

Age of my phone is just one month old .

Solution that I had try .

1. Clear camera cache and data - fail

2. Clear media storage cache and data - fail

3. Factory reset it - fail

4. Remove sd card suspected sd card not functioning but problem still happen

5 update to latest MIUI 8. - problem not solve too .

6. Try to hard press on the phone as I suspected the camera connected loose but fail

So conclusion how ?

Kindly provide a better solution.

Please don't comment sent back warranty because this is new phone and I need phone to use urgently everyday.

Anyone facing this issues before and got solution ?

Today i would like to discuss a serious question with you all

Aside from BUKIT PERMAI , TAMAN SAGA and Lookout point ampang

where else such as the place which i mention above i can get a good view and most importantly no need to pay just to sit there to enjoy the view

Did you guys it is BAD for health if everyday i consume at least 1 TINS of hydrated drink such as 100 plus EVERYDAY ??

Is this job is requried to work at RANDOM SHIFT time ??

Is that a must for a agent service guest to work at random hour every week ?

Did you think that is another hotel which is working during normal office hour which does not need to work shift ?

I need my little girl to change a new job so that she will not suffer on her job right now , working at different hour every week is terrible tired for her and she keep sick because of this new job
