fiat 131 servicing

hey i have been driving my uncle's old fiat 131 mirafiori for a while now! i have plans to service the car - change the oil, belts, spark plugs and brake pads and charge the battery also..

but i'm not sure which shop i should take it to? i was thinking of going to authorised FIAT service centre but getting parts for this car would cost me a bomb.. so is there any FIAT specialist or some sort that i can go to get all this job done? please recommend some places guys. thanks..

btw i live in puchong.. somewhere close by would be better..

when i boot up my comp, after windows xp loads as usual, it will usually go to the user account selection screen.. but sometimes, after xp loads, my comp juz hangs there in a black screen before the user account selection thing.. nothing happens after that.. i can't turn on num lock and caps lock.. this means the comp hanged! and my monitor will go into standby after 10seconds..

i really have no idea wats going on! to fix this, i will usually clear the CMOS by removing the battery for a while and this is really annoying to do!

so can someone please help me diagnose the problem! its driving me nuts! i can't be clearning the CMOS all the time.. i'm thinking that i should backup all my data and do a clean installation of xp.. but this is gonna be a real pain coz i have loads of stf to backup!

so please help me overcome this problem.. thx guys..

lg g5400 screeen problems

i have an old lg g5400 phone.. lately the lcd screen was starting to flicker a lot and always causing problem.. today it completely went dead! i have the phone for about 4 years now..

i was thinking how much will it cost to repair it? i am guessing they will replace the whole flip piece since the outer lcd is also damaged! the outer lcd only display colour.. no words or watsoever..

should i send it to a lg authorised service centre or any handphone shop will do? please help me out guys.. thanks.

pickup problem

i have a yamaha pacifica with the ssh pickup configuration! but only the middle single coil pickup is working.. any idea on what could be causing the problem? maybe some wrong wiring?

could i do the repair by myself at home or should i send it to a tech?

computer boots but nothing on screen

i was transporting my second rig which runs a sempron 2200+ from my frens place to my house.. went i tried to boot it at my house, the system runs but there is nothing on my screen.. even the POST check wouldn't load and there is no alarm from the speaker!

it was working fine at my frens place! i tried touching the hard disk and its idle, and my dvd-rom wouldn't eject when i press the eject button.. the red LED is on all the time but there is no activity..

i tried clearing the CMOS and removing the battery for an hour but no to avail! i tired rewiring the system and tightening all the connections and there is no improvements! i tried putting the dvd-rom on my primary system and it works perfectly.. i even put the hard disk on my primary system and it works fine!

i'm out of ideas on what is the problem so please help me guys! thanks a lot!

problem wit my LP

hey guys, i haf a SX Les Paul copy.. the problem with is that the strings are very far from the fretboard at the lower frets - frm the 10th fret to 22nd fret..

this makes it hard for me to play at the lower frets.. so can u guys plz tell me how to fix this problem.. its really annoying..

oh yeah, and its a two-piece guitar.. so plz help me out guys.. thanks a lot.

strings for drop c

hey guys, i'm really into system of a down so i'm planning to learn some of their songs.. but most of thier songs are tuned to drop c or drop Db..

so when i tune my les paul's strings down, it becomes lose and its very hard to play.. so i'm thinking of gettin a new bunch of strings.. so is there any type of strings tat are specially made for drop tuning? if yea, then could u guys suggest some strings..

and my fingers are really big, so when i play on the low frets esp the 1e n 2b strings, its really hard to fret the strings.. do i need a higher gauge strings or sumthing?
