I like to share with you some good stuff,
From First Trimester to delivery, I never had any bad experience.
Nurses in the Labor room were attentive, smilley and friendly. Most of them are experienced when looking at the condition of my body time to time.
Even the juniors were quick and sensitive to little petty things when something abnormal like when my baby's heartbeat was slowing down, they would call out their senior to have a look.

The doctors and nurses we engaged are:
Dr Christina Tai - First and second trimester consultant, very serious looking lady, confident and informative. We had a great time under her care during our visits. Initially we thought of going to perform IVF after trying for so many months with no positive result. so after we meet her for the first time, Dr Christina told us trust her one time, took Clomid in the first cycle, and Eureka!

Dr Tang - last trimester and delivery. Although Mr Google's information was convincing, Dr Tang's advises weight more than any thing we researched. All of our concerns were solved under her care. Her skills was superb, we loved the way she organize things for us, she was decisive and accurate at what she do. For example when I was about to give up pushing due to lack of energy, Dr Tang motivated me and told me to give her one last push. I believe she knew that I am about to lost in strength and give up, so she decided to vacuum out the baby with a final push.

Nurse Layla- She stands out from all the nurses we met, maybe because she was the last nurse to care for us during the delivery. Other nurses were very skillful and professional too, just we cannot remember the name, sorry. Nurse Layla was very organized, she smile and talk with us jokes and some good stuff when we were stressed out during the final few hours, because my hubby was quite anxious. When the baby was out, she took care of my baby gently. After that she organize all our stuff and documentation until we being send to our hospital room.

Overall, all the staff's services are excellence, even the admission counter auntie gave my hubby some advice what to do during waiting, like telling him to walk more with me around the Hospital, massage the spinal.. etc.

Just 1 thing I didn't like about the hospital is the food vendor stores downstairs, they are quite costly (i.E 1 nasi lemak bungkus is RM 3.80 if i remember). Therefore my advice is to bring some food from home like Bananas, biscuits, and bread during labor wait. Or you can just walk to opposite of the road, there are mamak and groceries stores.

I will go back to SJMC for my next child. Hope they can maintain this standard!

Sometimes they tried to promote me in shopping malls, they try hard to every passerby. I feel kind of sorry for them but have limit already.

At least they working in a job. Better than those not even trying.

Just came back from Seoul.
Was drinking in this expensive district where all the expats and classy people are, near a traffic junction.
Walao eh, green light turn green straight away honk. Honk also the front driver like no rasa.
Not one time but most of the time i saw it. then i keep aware of it even in another district. Honkkk all the way once turn green, taxi drop off also honk, turning into hotel slow abit also honk from behind.

In Malaysia no many people like to Honk, compare to Korea, i think KL Honk attitude at least better.

I think once Honk Level 999 road rage come out. So people don't want to cari pasal, then less honking.

Senior Manager (30yo) level of an MNC, very high position. Everyday work, travel. Fancy branded staff, dress well, social level so-so. Cunning and charming too. Party goer, active and body builder. face so-so, Never thought of running own business.

Boss is thinking to replace low level staff

with automated conveyor & packing system, reason staff always absence from job make company cannot meet demand in time.
Sometimes fight with HR people when we criticise their work performance.

got about 25 local staffs.

some are less fortunate they dont have high education just trying to survive, we HR trying to help them to convince boss.

Give them training also in few weeks time come back to same thing same attitude. Fire bad apples only also no use, the old staff will turn bad apple soon, like chain effect.

Small business who don't pay up

My company supply stuff to small business, like kedai runcit etc..

Usually the bill doesnt go more than 3 months. But recently, few nasty business owner doesn't pay up.
The amount is very less like 1-2k. so sue also the lawyer fee more than that money already.

Our salesman always kena scold by boss.

What will u guys do? what can we do?
