Question on buying 2nd and 3rd property

I have purchased a property some time ago and I'm planning to buy my second and third property at the same time.

I have submitted the loans for the two properties to banks separately and both side have approved 90%. What I'm concerned is after I signed the loan agreement and S&P and if the bank happens to find out that the loan is actually for my 3rd property. Will they take away the loan for my 3rd property?

Thanks

vios 2013 vs city 2014

I'm deciding whether to buy vios J or city S+ and vios has a 2k rebate promotion going on which makes it around 4k cheaper than the city S+.

Should I be going for the vios or pay extra for the city? Can the difference in specs (city is better no doubt) justify for the difference in cost?

Odora Parkhomes vs Cascadia Lake Villa

This is my first time buying property and I'm actually interested in Odora Parkhomes in Sierra 16 and also Cascadia Lake Villa in Taman Tasik Prima. Pricing wise both of them are more or less the same (odora is slightly more expensive but is still within my budget).

Personally I prefer Odora Parkhomes due to its large built-up and I like the environment over there, but I heard Cascadia has larger potential for investment because there will be a LRT extension and many more amenities built in the coming years (taylors, wharf complex).

I'm buying to stay for a couple years and plan to sell it thereafter so the ROI is one big factor I would consider on.

Any opinion guys?

Thanks!
