Eye strain when looking at screen

Ever since last week Thursday I've been experiencing ease of eye strain when I just look at a computer screen, phone or tablet. Before that I never had such issue. It just takes me 10 mins continuously looking at the monitor and start to get eye strain easily and feel discomfort. I went for checkup (eg. eye sight and laser) at a medical centre and doctor don't find anything wrong. He suspect probably caused by dry eyes and given me eye drops. It's already been 1 week and the problem is not getting any better. I find it very difficult to focus and concentrate when staring at the monitor when my eye strain starts to kick in and my eyes will start to feel swollen or experience headache if I force myself to stare for long period especially with my line of work. Is this condition is due to aging? I'm almost at 40

Bulging disc causing arm weakness

Hi all,
I'm currently experiencing arm weakness, strain and sometimes tingling at the fingers when I hold something (eg. phone, tablet). Went for a MRI scan and found out that my neck spine has a bulging disc that's pinching on my nerve causing these arm problems. Went for 7 chiropractic sessions but improvement seems to be very slow and each session is quite costly almost to RM400. Any advice on where that's affordable to treat my bulging neck spine disc?

Unable to get refund for Grabfood order

Yesterday night I placed a Domino pizza order via Grabfood. Waited for hours and end up Grab completing my order and charged me even though I did not receive my order. Contacted Grab and told me that Domino's used Grab platform to get the order but they use their own delivery partner to send the order. Grab support advised me to check with Domino's and they're the ones who can process my refund. I've been reaching to Domino's customer care hotline since yesterday but no one picks up, keep saying all their customer service officers are busy. What should I do to get my refund back? Should I lodge a report to KPDN?

Need advice on troubled sibling

Hi all,
I've a sibling who has recently been working in a job which only pays commission without salary and facing tremendous amount of stress to the point is affected his mind. He refuse to listen when we told him nicely, refuse to seek medical treatment and he blames everyone family and friends for all the suffering he has faced and not helping him financially. It has gone to the point that he decided to move out and live on his own. Since he's working in job that pays commission, he still relies money from us every week and to the point he makes threats on beating our family and not leaving the house until he gets paid. I'm getting worried that the situation would get out of hand the more we just let it be and let him calm down.

Phone sold to a scammer

Hi all,
Probably this may not be the best place to post my query to my current situation. Two days ago I sold my iPhone to a guy by meeting face 2 face. He claims that he's buying it for his wife and his wife supposedly transferred the money to my account. However it was a normal IBG transfer. it has been the 2nd day but I did not receive the transferred funds. And since the buyer refuses to respond back, I've also made a police report. Apart from waiting for results from the police report, is there any action that could be taken to this scammer if I don't have that person's name and only contact number and also the internet banking transfer reference number?
