[WTShare] So called Original Apple Silicon Case

At end of April this year, LAZADA having sales on their Apple official store, therefore I bought an iPhone X silicon case, then I use for almost 2 months until two weeks ago I found there is a crack at the top right of case

Since I'm free yesterday, therefore I went to ASP and try to claim for warranty since LAZADA states got one year warranty from local manufacturer. When I reach there, ASP staff informed me quite difficult to claim because got crack, and she advises me to call Apple Care@ Apple Support. When I called Apple care, the first guy who known as product specialist says I can claim as well as it's not accidental damage, when the ASP staff ask him how to define as non accidental damage, he says he also dont know how to define it and he has to pass the phone to a senior advisor

Then he passed line to senior advisor. At first she says the case only cover by warranty if I have Apple Care+. Then I say in Malaysia don't have Apple Care+. After that she says according to Apple policy, the case is not under warranty, and I tell her refer to Apple website. After that, she says the original Apple silicon case case is not cover under warranty because it's not original Apple product which is not manufactured by Apple. According to her, the original silicon case sold by Apple is manufactured by 3rd party company.

Just a share to all of you, don't buy the so called original
Apple case anymore because it's not original manufactured by Apple
