Requirements:

Job Purpose:

To generate sales by selling company’s products, work with customers to find what they want, create solutions and ensure a smooth sales process. Constantly looking for chances to source for new sales opportunities and close sales to achieve quotas.

Job Duties:

- Making Appointments to meet new and existing customers
- Understanding your company’s products
- Understanding your customers’ needs
- Making presentations to promote new products and special deals
- Focuses sales efforts by studying existing and potential volume of dealers.
- Agreeing sales, prices, contracts and payments
- Advising customers about delivery schedules and after-sales service
- Keeping in contact with existing customers in person and by telephone
- Recording orders and sending details to the office
- Monitors competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, products, new products, delivery schedules, merchandising techniques, etc.
- Meeting sales targets
- Recommends changes in products, services, and policy by evaluating results and competitive developments.
- Resolves customer complaints by investigating problems, developing solutions, preparing reports, making recommendations to management.
- Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reviewing professional publications, establishing personal networks, participating in professional societies.
- Keeps management informed by submitting activity and results reports, such as daily call reports, weekly work plans, and monthly and annual territory analyses.

Job Requirements:

- Candidate must possess at least Higher Secondary/STPM/"A" Level/Pre-U, Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate/Diploma/Professional Degree in Marketing or equivalent.
- Required language(s): Chinese, Bahasa Malaysia, English
- At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Required Skill(s): Customer Serivce, Prospecting Skills, Communication Skills, Flexibility, Self Confidence, Negotiation, Product Knowledge, Presentation Skills, Motivation of Sales, Attention to Details, Decision Making, Result Driven, Planning, Time Management
