Interest charged by developer?

Dear Sifu, wanna get some advice regarding the interest charged by developer for late payment.

Scenario:
Say if a property was purchased direct from developer only after construction started for months. And a month after SnP signed the developer requested the first progress payment for completion of foundation work, but the bank only managed to release payment to developer 2 months later (LO signed before SnP date), as a result, the developer charged late interest of 10% for the two month delay in payment. Do the buyer needs to pay for this interest?

Centralized Gas Line in Condo

Lately I realized some new condo projects do not come with a centralized gas line system, is this a new trend for safety purpose? Was wondering if any gas tong supplier willing to deliver the gas to top floor unit? Will there be any extra cost for condo delivery?

Hence would appreciate if someone could share which condo especially newly built or launched project that offer centralized gas line.

All these years, people come n go in a condo, some passed away peacefully, some not. Have anyone of you here seen one in any condo IN KV, pls share ur encounter n story.

Is there a practice in condo development to reserve an empty unit for ghosts like in most hotels? Are those units facing west with brighter sun has better protection?
