Hi All Marketing Sifus!

Wish to ask for some advices on how to get started on Digital Marketing as a Freelance / business,

1. Learning
I saw Udemy having cheap courses for Digital Marketing but most of it are very basic + not really localize
And i do come across some local marketing agencies offers DM courses but which are more expensive
I would prefer something local but not sure which one to pick from to start learn & get myself wet into the pool.
Any good recommendation ?

2. As a Freelancer / Business
Is DM a great freelance business to be in? as my goal is to learn a skill that can give me the life skill to survive even when i am older.

Just wanted some honest advice, appreciated if there is any sifus willing to share.

I had attended few courses regarding beginners' investment mindset / brief introduction of investment tooling in Malaysia.
Dont mind Forex ke, CFD ke

Wish to seek for advise for this particular Property, Mutiara Emas, Kajang 2 Area.

Me and my girlfriend recently come across this property and found the price is quite fitting to our budget.
Its around RM300k-RM330k before rebates, 930sqft Condo
Freehold property, commercial land title under HDA.
3+1 Rooms, 3 bathrooms with side by side parking.
It located nearby Jalan Reko, Kajang 2 Area which is nearby Bangi Area.

The pricing is fitting our budget and its quite greenery around that area but the location is consider outskirt but still ok if going to Cheras Area.
What do you guys think of this area if you are looking for Own Stay and first house owner?
