hi guys. need some help about tenancy agreement. usually my family will ask the law firm to prepare the agreement between us and the tenants. however for some unknown reason i was suddenly elected to DIY everything.......haih. i don't know heads nor tails about it so i'm wondering if any of you guys can guide me on this. i have the original agreement which i can do changes to the date etc but what about signing? need witness? stamp duty? etc...hope someone can help.

hi guys. need some help. i'm heading down to kl for an event with a big group of people. we'll be staying in mandarin court in jalan maharajalela and our event will be in stadium badminton kuala lumpur which is in jalan cheras.....any ideas how we can travel there from our hotel? buses or lrt perhaps? there are around 10 person. please do let me know.

well to make a long story short. i've recently replaced my civic sr4 oem stock lights with angel eyes and it was not a proper fit. i expect that aftermarket lights does not fit 100% but the gap/bulging is rather too obvious. i've checked with one repair shop and they told me its because of the car body and the lights itself. my car was involved in an accident few years back.quite bad and the workmanship was no good. so i would like to ask anyone knows of any good repair shop with excellent workmanship in penang area?

having some problems with this mobo. running window xp sp2. installed the drivers in the cd bundled together. sounds dissappear after a while. first the sound will become very erm...blur after which the sound will die out. turn up the volume to the max i can hear only static sound. happens regularly when i'm gaming. tried 2 games and same thing happened. after it happens even if i try to play music same thing. have to restart it to solve the problem. even the windows shut down sound is gone. anyone with this board experienced this before and how to solve it?

2nd time modding. 1st time was nothing much to shout about. heres the progress so far.

i'm gonna sand them down to metal layer and mirror finish. the front panels are aluminum so they won't rust however the body of the casing is SECC........they rusted after i sanded of the paints and left them overnight. any idea how to prevent that. below is the top panel after going through 240,400,800,1200,1500 & 2000. i have yet to use the metal buffer and polish. any good brands to recommend?

modding problem.need solution please help.

i have a stalled project lol for more than 1 year. all these while its just on the drawing board not yet into implementation stage. so i would like to ask for opinions and help from fellow modders. i want to see mirror finish metal(looks sumthing like chrome) and metallic red on the casing. the casing in general would be in chrome while the designs are in metallic red. to get chrome i can send it to workshop to chrome it or i can try to sand/polish/buff it until it looks almost like chrome(like this baru considered hard core modding mah). i have few ideas intially but each has a problem.

idea 1:
buy metal sheets polish to chrome like cut it to mactch the casing panel sizes and cut designs on each panel. casing itself spray metallic red. how am i going to attach the metal sheets onto the casing sturdily? initially thought of drilling and screwing it but it will ruin the over all look and some of the screws might get in the way.

idea 2:
polish the whole casing to chrome like and spray metallic red onto the casing. but the surface would be too smooth and the paint won't stick.

idea 3:
cut the designs on the casing. polish to chrome. cut metal sheets,paint metallic red and attach them behind the designs.........too many sharp edges might accidentally cut myself on the designs...........dangerous lol.

idea 4:
polish casing to chrome like buy papers cut the pattern and glue.........this is the easier way out but i think there are no metallic red paper...........

any ideas lol if this sounds confusing sorry.

housing loans question

i'm currently looking for a bank for housing loans and i'm not very sure about this housing loan. i heard different views from different people regarding the housing loan.take for example i've received a package from a bank and it is stated that the blr is -1.85% for every year. so each month my installment would be rm 1063.

the problem here is that one friend told me that 1063 is the amount i have to pay no more no less. another friend told me that there is a glitch in the calculation. he told me that there is a blr + the bank interest......confused please help.
