LAN workig but not Wifi

Hi, I need help.

I have been using the LAN and wifi through the Innacomm W3400v modem+router all this while no problem, but today wifi suddenly keep rejecting my wifi password (on all my devices) although the desktop that connected to the modem continue to work properly without a hitch. Did a reset and reconfigure the modem, but the problem persisted. I even disable the security of the wifi connection, but still didnt work. I tried all the above with several times of rebooting all the devices involves i.e. desktop, modem, iphone, notebook..

I also tried updating the modem software from inncomm, but that failed too cos the update was stuck halfway and didnt manage to complete.

Could it be a hardware failure? but the internet connection via LAN is still there though.

p.s. also called up streamyx for support but all they could advise was to asking me to reconfigure the modem. and suddenly my line was cut off (intentionally?)
