Tyre for 14inch stock size Saga BLM

Hi good evening LYN

First and foremost I would like to apology if there is already some other topics that same with mine.

Few days ago , my mum's Saga BLM almost failed to stop when driving on a wet road condition ( with a standard tyre that already lasted around 4years).

I think is time to change all the 4 pieces tyre as the safety is the thing I concern.

Do you guys mind to suggest me that any tyre that can meet my criteria as below :

Good dry and wet grip > FC > Silent

My budget will be below RM250 for each (around RM1000 for four), but of course the cheaper the better

My location is at Kepong and i willing to travel to Klang
