Broadband still expensive despite SST abolished

Hi guys,

I just got my unifi bill today, instead of the usual RM149, it is now RM157 inclusive on 6% GST. I remember that they announced that our broadband rates should be cheaper after replacing SST, however it is still getting expensive. There's no such thing as a reduction at all!

Hi property gurus and sifus,

I'm actually in the process of getting a landed property (terrace house). When we checked the title, it is indeed freehold (geran untuk selama-lamanya), however it has a clause in the sekatan-sekatan kepentingan, saying that "Tanah yang diberi milik ini tidak boleh dipindah milik, dipajak atau digadai melainkan dengan kebenaran Pihak Berkuasa Negeri (referring to the state of Selangor).

Is it still possible to transfer the title? It is said by the owner that its a non-bumi lot, however owner is a Bumi. If possible, does it take very long to get it done?

Retractable car antenna for Kia Sportage

I have a Kia Sportage with a broken front antenna. Its powered by a motor and will 'go up' when I start the engine. Where can I buy and install a new antenna? My motor is still working fine. I checked with the price of original but its kind of expensive to replace and it forces me to get the whole set with the motor included.

BIOS screen doesnt appear with three long beeps

When I on my PC today, the usual BIOS screen doesn't appear followed by THREE long beeps which came from the CPU. After that nothing happens. Hope to get a solution for this before I send the thing to the shop.

i just got chicken pox on Monday, now recovering. Few questions to ask:

can I use a fan to cool down myself?
am I allowed to bathe?
Wat is the time frame to recovery?

Can u all provide some other tips, especially those who hav infected b4.
