Laptop battery 2%, not charging

I rarely use my laptop battery, yesterday when i insert the battery,it shows that ita on 2%, plugged in,not charging. I did the device manger, battery delete and restart trick, but still it shows not charging

What should i do, and worse comes to worse, how much will n new battery costs, i just bought this laptop last year december (T_T )
