Luckily, staffs there are very kind and cooperative to handle it quickly&#33;&#33;&#33; <br />They already found out my parcel safely&#33; When I went there, I was shocked to see that there are so many parcels put everywhere (less neat organization)...So, I really hope they can organize and handle it more professionally so that packages will not be &quot;switched&quot; or mess up.<br /><br />For my recommendation, it&#39;s better to go to their main post office to report it.<br />It&#39;s useless to send email and call them via telephone....<br />It&#39;s because it&#39;s highly possible that they&#39;ll not answer you...</b><br /><br />I just want to let you guys know and learn the very important things&#33;<br />As you might know, Malaysia Pos <s><span style='color:gray'>sucks</span></s>&#33;&#33;&#33;<br /><s><span style='color:gray'>Staffs in Malaysia Pos likes to steal people&#39;s packages</span></s>...<br /><br />Today, I&#39;m very shocked to find that the content is different from the things I expect to receive. <br />The watches I got are very old, dirty, used, and broken ones (no brands at all)...<br />The content I should receive is mini chair, not watches...<br /><br />Besides, the original box didn&#39;t match with the box I received.<br />The dimension of the original box is larger than the box I received.<br />When I carried this box, its weight is very light...<br />But, the actual weight based on EMS form is about 5kg which is very heavy&#33;<br /><br />So, it&#39;s impossible that this sender mailed the wrong package to me. <br />It clearly means that my original box is switched to other box. <br />It also means that my original box is stolen...<br /><br />Again, there is no updated status after the arrival at delivery office on Feb 6. <br />What really happened to three working days (Feb 9~11) of silence and no news? <br />After I emailed them and even contacted them for many times, they didn&#39;t reply me at all. <br />So, there&#39;s definitely something wrong and fishy going on here&#33;&#33;&#33; <br /><br />Can anyone give suggestion and advice for me to fight against them?<br />Tomorrow, I&#39;ll report it to the local pos laju and show them many concrete proofs to see how they response....<br />Your reply will be greatly appreciated.
