Maxis Fibre Contract

Greetings everyone.

Previously in 2018 im using 30mbps rm 100+ something maxis fibre plan. After that there are price drop to rm89. They said for me it would be in effect november 2018. Since im not getting new equipment there would be no new contract.

Fast forward to present day, I saw unifi doing promo foc everything until 2020. Im planning to switch to unifi, just for free router because maxis router suck. I ask maxis if im still in contract because i want to terminate, they said my contract will end nov 2020.

I keep contact them to clarify me why im still contracted. No direct answer from them.

Renew roadtax after office hour

Hi, anyone know where I can renew my motorcycle roadtax after office hour pudu or kerinchi area? I have the issurance renewed online, but dont have time to renew the roadtax.

I check utc-jpj , operating hour now until 5.30, pejabat pos also 5.30. MYEG doesnt handle motorcycle roadtax and HOI service charge is too much. My only option is renew during weekend but my roadtax expired yesterday.

Hi, how do i delete unnecessary entry from clover? I dont want to see the last five windows entry.

And how do i boot straight to linux from clover without seeing grub?

I've look through the plist file but confused what the entry tag called.

Touchpad not working

I have an old notebook that I want to revive. The touchpad work after fresh install and 2-3 reboots. After that the touchpad doesnt work anymore, hardware not detected. Happened on windows 10 and ubuntu.

Celcom prepaid internet plan

Quick question. I subscribe to celcom rm30 internet plan. Right now my credit expiry date is 8/4. my internet plan expiry date is 11/4.

Would I still able to use the internet plan after my credit expired.

I ask their twitter support, he said, I cant use internet the day after credit expired. I ask for the link for the t&c. It said still can use internet during grace period (50 days after credit expired).

Now I confuse if my england is bad or twitter support is clueless.

TH forced to sell asset to thieves

KUALA LUMPUR (Dec 10): Lembaga Tabung Haji (TH) will set up a special purpose vehicle (SPV) to take over and rehabilitate its underperforming assets.

Minister in the Prime Minister's Department Datuk Dr Mujahid Yusof Rawa said TH's 2017 accounts showed it has total assets of RM70.3 billion and total liabilities of RM74.4 billion or 94.4 sen in assets for every ringgit of liabilities.

During a press conference at Parliament today, Mujahid said TH has been paying out dividends since its financial year 2014, without meeting the requirement that its assets exceed its liabilities and that there must be distributable profits.

"TH did not have enough assets to cover its liabilities and they still declared hibah since 2014. I leave it to your imagination to think how they had the money to continue its payouts," he said.

Meanwhile, he said the restructuring of TH has been ongoing since July, with the changes made to the fund's management team and leadership.

He added that PricewaterhouseCoopers has also been employed as TH's auditors.

"In view of the current situation of TH, a comprehensive turnaround plan is needed to restore its balance sheet. That is precisely what the new team has done," he said.

He gave some brief details about the restructuring plan for the fund, which includes the setting up of an SPV to take over and rehabilitate TH's underperforming assets.

He added that more details on the plan will be revealed in another session tomorrow. "The cabinet had discussed the turnaround plan thoroughly and given our full support and endorsement to the plan, so that TH's financial position can be regularised and restore the rakyat's confidence," he said.

KUALA LUMPUR: An elderly couple have disowned their son for habitually running up debts with loan sharks.

Dang Aik Ching, 73, said he and his wife have already paid RM300,000 to loan sharks to settle the debts of their son, Dang Chum Hau, 44.

But the son keeps on borrowing money and raking up more debts.

The elderly parents shared their despair at the MCA public services and complaints department in Kuala Lumpur on Thursday (Nov 8).

“These loan sharks have harassed me and my wife constantly and we are afraid to even go to sleep at night," said the senior Dang.

“We have disowned our son and have no more savings to pay these loan sharks,” he declared, urging them to stop disturbing his family.

Hi, I need help purchasing new psu

My pc spec is in my signature.

Im currently looking at 650w gold psu from all known psu company.

Here the list.

1) Silverstone Strider Gold 650w (rm452)(2012?)
2) Cooler Master V650 (rm415)(2015?)
3) Cooler Master MWE Gold 650 (rm370)(2017?)

1. Im thinking of getting silverstone because I have custom cable made for silverstone , but the psu is "old" model.
2. MWE Gold 650 is the newest but look like a slight downgrade from V650. Most obvious is 3 cpu/pcie vs 4 cpu/pcie. But I dont use high-end stuff.
3. Any other suggestion around this price range?

Hi, does Maxis start implement quota limit. Before this on the account page, the "Data Usage Volume" say 0.00GB. But now it said 300.00GB. Before this the "Balance (GB)" gave some crazy reading like -100000 something. But now the balance isnt crazyy like it used to be.
