Hi can anyone confirm if WiFi 6e 6ghz spectrum is allowed yet in malaysia. I have recently got the Deco XE75 which supports WiFi 6e,an S22 Ultra which supports it, but my phone can't detect the network. The settings in Deco app is all correct.

Foreigner Wanting to Stay in Malaysia for 3 months

Hi, i need some advise and experience sharing from others.

I have a relative from Pakistan who's come Malaysia to visit family. From the country of origin, a Social Visit Visa of 30 days is issued. This visa is easily renewed for another one month at Immigration Dept Malaysia. After getting the renewal, the officer said second renewal is not possible, and the only way is to exit the country and reenter, hinting to go Singapore and re-enter.

Logically, it would require to reapply for a new visa from Malaysian High Commission in Singapore.

Anyone with experience in doing such thing? Whether the visa can be issued in a day or two in Singapore?

Please advise.

Gigabyte Power Supply Warranty Claim

Hi I had recently bought a PC (mid July) which has Gigabyte Auros PSU 850w. Bought it from All IT Digital Mall PJ.

Some issues happened few days ago where the PC was not powering. All IT technician checked and confirmed its PSU issue.

He advised me to go Nation-Tech and claim for warranty as they could offer 1 to 1 replacement and get it done faster. If its with All IT, they could take 4 to 5 weeks.

When I called nation tech, they denied and say that I have to submit to All It only.

Anyone with such experience before, pls share your thoughts.

Changing Honda City 2015 Bulbs

I am keen to change all head light and tail light bulbs for my Honda City GM6 2015

Considering 2 option-

1) Change from Halogen to LED - Philips New Ultinon Essential LED
2) Remain Halogen - Upgrade to Osram Night Breaker Laser

Pls share yr experience and opinions..

Also, if anyone has listings for all headlight, taillight and interior light socket types for this model kindly share. User manual does not state clearly. It confusing.

Anyone used 100W Gan Charger before?

I am confused between Ugreen, Baseus and Mcdodo.

Heard about Ugreen before. Seems like a premium brand but price is higher around 220 without pd cable.

Mcdodo is 120W, but never heard nor tried this brand before. Mcdodo is cheapest and also comes with pd cable.

Hi, anyone recently gone to Kelana Jaya immigration office to make passport?

How is the crowd like there?

I want to make passport for my newborn. Tried last week at UTC Pudu and Jln Duta, both reluctant to give queue number saying sudah habis nombor.

Normally for senior citizen and babies, there is priority line, but the officer said semua pun tunggu. Rude answer, but we are at their mercy so cant argue much.

Just share your experience if anyone gone to KJ office. I can only reach there by 9 ish as I have to drop my elder one to school first.

Can Landlord Force Building Insurance to Tenant

Hi, renting a warehouse. The landlord has tie up with insurance provider for the building insurance.

The agent explained, the sum insured is to cover for the building only not my goods.

The landlord's premium is only based on vacant risk.

The rest of the premium is to be paid by tenant. (TOTAL PREMIUM - VACANT RISK PREMIUM BY LANDLORD = BALANCE PREMIUM BY TENANT)

Is that fair to me as the tenant?

Have rented property elsewhere before, never had this.
