http://forum.lowyat.net/ Fri, 03 Jul 2026 10:20:07 +0800 FeedCreator 1.7.2 http://forum.lowyat.net/topic/0 Property Talk Thu, 01 Jan 1970 07:30:00 +0800 http://forum.lowyat.net/topic/3018743 i attended a renovation exhibition in April 2013 and bought a 120K voucher for kitchen/wardrobe cabinet include kitchen appliance as per claimed by vendor. since vendor(kian classic) claimed the voucher can buy electricity appliance, so i paid 80k cash to buy 120k voucher.<br />after i bought voucher, vendor kept postpone, because they get many business so too busy to deliver my kitchen cabinet. until Sep they started to do my kitchen. of course, as you know, price is higher than expectation and quality is not same as show room one. <br />but for me, if can deliver, i can still tolerance, but recently Kian classic said they got fire incident (manafacture factory), so couldn&#39;t deliver rest kitchen set any more, so we said, ok, if you couldn&#39;t provide kitchen set, please provide electricity appliance first, so at least we can move into our new home. <br />but now Kian classic refused to answer any phone call for a month. until we try to come to show room many times, and tell them we want to call police, finally one person answered our phone call and said he will settle. <br />finally they give us proposal, they will refund RM4000. we only used RM 70K plus voucher, still got 45k+ voucher left, but they only refund 4k cash, what about others 40k voucher. disappeared. <br /><br />now i don&#39;t know what to do, please help, which department will handle this case and protect my benefit. does NCCC workable? anybody has similar experience, please help. <br /><br />and i also want you guys aware the company name, Kian Classic, since i have all receipt and mail record, so i can guarantee my story is true. <br /> cecilialiu Home Renovations and Interior Design Mon, 04 Nov 2013 21:09:50 +0800
