Anyone can recommend a nice big spacious car to replace my 12 yr old Toyota innova?

I am currently looking at

2012 Recon Vellfire 2.4l
2017 New Starex 2.5L Diesel
2017 New Kia Carnival 2.2Diesel

They are around the same price and i am not sure which is a good choice, looking for one that can last me another 12 years though. I think toyota is a good upgrade for status right? since i've also just promoted to manager too.

hi guys,
looking to buy this condo, just wondering how much do i need to budget allocate and what do i need to take consideration to fix?

The condo is 21 years old. It's 3 bedroom. I guess if we want to make it like a modern minimalist house, we need to change alot of things. Some things I cna think of as below.

Things to Change
1. electric and water piping
2. repaint walls
3. replace all the flooring including toilet to 2x2 tiles.
4. replace all the furniture and fittings
5. ?? what else am i missing?

Estimate price
Do you think RM60k is enough to do all these?
