Graphics colour is off for the DIRE RANGE CREEP

Some problems with dota graphics for only the DIRE RANGE CREEP!. Pics attached.

processor - i7 gen 10
gpu - gigabyte 1650 OC eagle
hdd - nvme

I’ve already reinstalled dota, checked file integrity and even the graphic drivers were reinstalled but the range dire creep has colour problems.

Anyone knows how to fix this ?

URGENT - SURAT PENYELESAIAN CUKAI LHDN

I received a call from an LHDN number - not sure whether it is a scam and the number was masked (first call was from 03 5521 3400 and then 03 - 5521 5200) - I checked online and both are LHDN numbers.

He said that he needed to complete a BORANG CP22A and process my SURAT PENYELESAIAN CUKAI which needed me to give my details from 2017, 2018, 2019 and 2020.

I was later sent an email from this person (XXXX@hasil.gov.my).

I checked and it seemed that my previous employer submitted this but I am not sure why this is related to my previous income tax filings.

It is also strange that they asked me to submit evidence for PRIVATE RETIREMENT SCHEME FOR 2019 and 2020 - but I have never tax deducted any PRS SCHEME FOR 2019 and 2020. So I am confused.

Does anyone know what this is?

Do I need to submit or respond? Or am I compelled to respond or can I legally ignore this request?

Is there anyway to validate this? I've tried calling LHDN but phone numbers are not functioning (think due to MCO).

Plumber said change a leaking pipe to other type

There's a current leak in my the ceiling pipe. (Please see video - https://streamable.com/riewp3

Plumber said to that this kind of piping is not used anymore and has recommended another type of piping (picture below/attached).

Could you please take a look and let me know if this is suitable and is the right way to fix the leaking problem?

He has quoted me RM500 to replace the entire piping in the video(materials + workmanship)...

90% margin for 3rd property - need bank contacts!

hi guys, there has been indication that some banks allow 90% margin financing for the 3rd property. If that is the case, I am keen to look for a banker who will be able to facilitate me on this process.

I am more than willing to speak to a banker about this and how we can sort this out.

My location is in PJ, Damansara area.

I am okay with exploration with any banks as long as i can get better margin financing than the 70% limit now.

Is this for new and subsale properties or new properties registered under HOC only?

If subsale is applicable, can you let me know which banks are open to it?

Every article that I have read indicates "subject, however, to the financial institution’s internal risk management"

! Retrenchment - Taking former employer to court?

Scenario: retrenchment from company A. No grounds for dismissal and the company blamed it on covid 19.

Since then, the employee had obtained new employment elsewhere but gets a salary about 15% lower than his previous job in Company A.

The employee had since written to Ministry of Human Resources for mediation/ arbitration but since the law only allows the employee to seek reinstatement, how should the employee now react?

1. The employee is already employed. If company A wants to rehire him, how does this work because he is already employed and the trust with company A is already broken so how does he conduct his dialogue with his former employer (Company A)?

2. What if the company does not mind reinstating but offers less? (even though employee does not want and prefers monetary compensation)?

Employee has no interest in re-employment with Company A since he is already employed so how does he work it around for compensation (i know article 20 of the law states that one can only seek reemployment) but how does he do this or discuss this since trust has been broken, and he is employed elsewhere?

My e200 w212 averages around 90-100celcius running temperature for the engine thermometer.

Is this normal as I am afraid that my engine is overheating and may spoil the car or pose a threat to personal safety.
