i own many hp b4 and 3 of it is under warranty by final choice

everytime u claim warranty ,they also will give stupid reason ,said ur phone water damages

the first phone K700i - joystick not sensitive i send for warranty ,they keep on holding my phone until i call them FU them ,they told me is water damages ,hard to repair ,wtf ,take 3 week to repair

second phone - W800i white screen ,i send to them and they keep on delaying ,i call again ,same reason ,water damages (scare me tim ,say i need to pay,in the end say not water damage ,no need pay)

latest - K850i ,problem is BROD (blue ring of dead) ,this is common K850i firmware problem ,send them 1 week edi ,call them ,they tell me water damages again ,tell me water damages phone very hard to repair ,wtf man

as we all know ,BROD is firmware stuck ,they told me is water damages ,this problem ,bring se center ,few hour gao tim

since i m 1 of the victim ,i already complain to celcom cust service manager ,and i tell them my story about kl sentral celcom agent con case and they promise me will do something

wow ,all the suspect agent offer counter closed liao (only few place that i know include KLsentral and some at PJ)

if u found any counter tertingal and still operate(only the counter that cheat u) ,pls pm and tell me and i will tell him to settle up
