Is it most of FSI, banking / fintech bosses, especially hod above mostly are sot sot abnormal?

Simply text and and force you replied instantly even after working hours, and they do not care about your privacy, work life balance, labor law seems nothing to them because they been treating all employee in such way and no one get call by labor officer office.

The bonus seems to be highest in the market, however it also sacrificed your health and mental to the maximum, when the boss get pressure, or something not working, they just know to scream at employee and expected a solution because they do not know the solution and pass down to bottom to expect miracle magic happened.

screaming at people, texting and harassing bullying at people, seems to be a standard culture in FSI, they will blame you if you cannot adopt, which their logic applied.

ever since, only global mnc treat people with respect.

have to daily travel to this area due to office located at this area, however the entire developer is a HUG successful epic failed project development!

Unplanned linkbridge road and highway, spagattie with messy road exchange.

Ultra failed traffic design, is the architect experience on SPM level? or none certified?

all bad building, apartment without proper maintenance, worst condition and PPR.

Bad road condition, dig here and there, never patch it properly, failed bangla job.

Used to be so called highend and high class place, however failed, really a big failed.

all vehicle double park, MBPJ not strict on towing car like MPSJ, just issue saman that's it and 2 lane, become 1 lane most of the time.

A used to be highend place, end up like Jalan chow kit, Jalan Alor area type of condition.

Nearby empire city, took ages, haven't complete the construction. big FAILED

The most horrible nightmare is the traffic flow and all highway linkbridge which did not plan properly, it's confusing why such plan could be approved by all the authority, it's a total epic failure. This area so called "damansar perdana"was use to given an impression a highclass and better standard development, however it end like just bangla quality which worst than b40 place. Was used to plan to buy condo there when exsim took over and restart the condo project, luckily I didn't fall into the trap.

In summary, this place is really bad. really confused it just end up in such way.

Toxic workplace in Malaysia

working in a fintech company, with seriously abusive employee rights.

Disturbing you every single night, after office hour, weekend for non critical urgent issue and expecting you to reply with 5 mins even after working hour, otherwise will tag you as not culture fit for the organization. always ask to stay late and question why leaving on time if there's user still office. all mentality abusing employee right.

require you to reply superior message every 5 mins of their message which sent to you even after work hour, text you so hard even on bed time 11pm, 12am, then every second said you not respond to their message. This is seriously abused the employee act.

harres with all kind of non respect and forcefully message all the time especially after working hour.

there's no standby allowance for OT, however still wanna you respond to them every of second even after work hour for general admin question, non urgent critical issue, then keep tagged you not respond to them.

In such situation, could we bring up this to labour court and does it affected your imagine if you hunt for the next job?

Received opportunity, however quite worried on current situation will they suddenly reduce or deduce the salary since retail shop are not allow to operate yet at the moment

RC Residence or Emerald 9 better?

Hi all Sifu,

I need your advice here.
Currently i'm looking for a property for own stay and investment purpose. I may not planning to stay for long, like 10-15 years, and resell the property or rent out to others.

I am interested into these 2 property however there's nothing perfect due to limitation of my budget, seems like you cannot have bear finger or shark fin in the same time.

RC Residence

Pro: Middle of KL, Bandar Malaysia, affordable pricing, easy access to anywhere, 200 shop lot, easy access to school and market. low maintenance cost.
Cons: need to stay with all kind of people, maybe complicated and high dentistry, facilities not much as emerald 9, cleanliness of the building and environment due to mixed with all range of people, not sure will it end up like parlane oug full of african and created crime issue, no life style.
Rent / subsales value: may let go easily due to ease of access location compared to emerald 9? example i wanted to shift to different property, could it be selling off easily?

Emerald 9

Pro: Lifestyle, many facilities, peace, easy access to MRT.
Cons: Maintenance fee are 0.33 and may be increase if taken over by JMB, location wise might abit hard to rent out or subsales due to not under commercial area compare to RC residence?
Worried: I'm not so familar with Cheras batu 9 area, could anyone share more information? like nearby emerald 9 got any school, bank, mall, restaurant, commercial area? The reason i consider emerald 9 is the living cost are lower than KL area, food are cheaper. But when come to rent or subsales value, will it be hard to let go compared to RC due to location? which one is better in term of value?

My wife strongly disagree emerald 9 that she worried in future it might be tough for us to paying the loan. She preferred RC Residence due to the package value offered by developer. But the sales gallery staff very rude and didn't speak to customer, they push away and ask agent to serve u, they don't wanna answer anything with your inquiry. Along the process i was served by agent. While I prefer emerald 9 due to their good service provided, staff and agent are helpful. Maybe different level of property? you buying cheaper thing get mamak stall service?

I kinda of worried as well if i wanna let go emerald 9 or rent out in the future compared to RC. Beside that, they gonna build next to youcity 3 and youcity 3 seems didn't happening as well......
need sifu to share the surrounding of cheras batu 9 emerald 9 area, compared to RC, which one more worth buy?
Possible to have lifestyle and investment value in the same time?
I'm not planning to stay long at the moment, but minimum would stay around 5-10 yeas.

Is there's any public transport like LRT or KTM or bus i can reach from bandar sunway to kl sentral?

11street a pretty bad online company, they haven't refund my money although i have sent many emails, dispute to Bank Negara, SKMM, and KPDNKK.
Yet unable to receveid my refund yet since 12 nov..... gonna raise a police report and lawyer letter from my wife law firm.....

compared to shopee and lazada, i will received my refund within 3-4 working days.

please avoid this online platform at all cause, they will just keep pending your refund.....

their staff is not doing the job.....
