Malaysia Vision Valley in West Negeri Sembilan

I've bought a house in Bandar ENSTEK, Negeri Sembilan. We've been staying there for more than 2 years. As usual, any new developments will create a few uneasiness through out the community. Therefore, last Sunday night, there're some sort of meeting with ADUN Labu, in between the community representatives & the politician. His intro was about Malaysia Vision Valley Project, which covers from Nilai to Port Dickson

Maybe, that's his way to calm down the community that was frustrated with what happened to them in Bandar ENSTEK. He even mentioned to us that the properties in this region will boom like 'kinda' hell & all of us will get the benefits from it. The project was told to be commenced this year up until 2045.

Any comments about this vision by the government? Maybe any of you involve with this project? Is it true it will effect the properties' prices? I've just noticed since a few weeks ago, a quite number of people came here to survey the area.

I've been watching Fifth Gear because bored of waiting Top Gear new season. they're good actually. the latest one is season 11, episode 4. they also do reviews about bikes and sometimes, did not be bias about bikes.

Fatal Accident Involving 2 Riders

IPOH: A decision to help a biker friend involved in an accident in Thailand proved fatal for two friends from Singapore.

They were killed in an accident near here at 9pm on Tuesday.

Police said their 1,300cc motorcycle grazed a car near the Simpang Pulai rest area along the North-South Expressway. They fell on the road and were run over by another vehicle.

They were identified as childhood friends Muhammad Ridzuan Hussein, 25, and Roslan Rahim, 24, from Tampines, Singapore.

Police have classified the case as hit-and-run as the car which mowed them down did not stop.

Ridzuan's father, Hussein Supaat, a policeman, claimed the body at the Ipoh Hospital yesterday afternoon. Roslan's brother, Yacob Rahim, claimed his remains.

Ridzuan and Roslan left Singapore at 5am on Tuesday on hearing that their friend, involved in a motorcycle accident in Thailand, needed their help.

The three were part of a group of bikers which traversed Singapore, Malaysia and Thailand.

Ridzuan's mother, housewife Salmah Abu Bakar, 50, said her son had returned to Singapore on Monday from a weekend trip to Genting Highlands with his younger brother, Muhammad Rahmat, 22.

"I was surprised that he decided to make another trip north and was worried. He had earlier told us he would sponsor our umrah this year.

"Ridzuan and Roslan were always together," she said.

Ipoh district traffic chief Assistant Superintendent Razali Bakar said after a car ran over the two on the road, another car rammed into their motorcycle and the driver alerted the police about the accident.

CPU speed suppose to be 1400, but drop to 1050

My previous motherboard, the Asus KT something... (support AMD XP, and it is socket A) was broken already. How did I know? There's nothing appear on my monitor although I have check my graphic card, the connection etc. I even try to use my little sister graphic card but still, nothing appear, even though the bios.

When it was on the Asus mainboard, the speed was 1400.

Then, I went to Lowyat, to buy a new one, and surprisingly couldnt found one. I even went to my dad's favourite shop, Jeff Thundermatch. Most of them said that my type of mainboard was obselete. Therefore I went up to the above floor and thank God, found one. It is OEM and got no brand. It was the last shop for me to browse to. I bought one and then replace it myself.

It works. I can access my Windows etc......

But then, I noticed that the speed decreases from 1400 to 1050. I look at the manual and it showed me how to increased it back to the normal speed. But, after I browsed my Bios setting, I noticed that the setting are quite different compared to the manual and dont have the one to increase my CPU speed.

I called back the shop, but they say I have to download the bios from the website by myself (WTH?).

I browsed tyhe internet and couldnt found one.

So, my questions are, by downloading the latest bios, could it settle my problem? Which website offers a lot of latest bios to download?.

The problem started when I register myself in his forum. After I've register, I've received an email of account activation in it. I've try all the procedure and it still doesnt work.

As for that, my posts were not counted and I couldnt use the search function in this forum.

Please help me....

not yet solved.... I've post several times in Travel and Living thread and and all of it didnt counted.
