Football Coaches are undercover priests

Undercover Christian priests here as football coaches, Muslim NGO tells forum

A Muslim non-governmental organisation has warned of undercover Christian priests who have been sent to Malaysia under different guises to proselytise and convert Muslims.

Pertubuhan Muafakat Sejahtera Masyarakat Malaysia (Muafakat) president Abdul Karim Omar‎ said these "undercover priests" worked with Muslim children as football coaches and others.

"I know of one priest who was sent to Malaysia, who is now a football coach in Subang Jaya.

“What is scary is that there are many Muslim parents who send their children there‎," he said at a seminar on the use of the word "Allah" and Christology at Universiti Teknologi Mara (UiTM) today.

"What happens is that these kids are then brought over to Brazil under the guise of attending football training, but are instead brought to churches there."

Karim claimed he learnt of this "Christianisation strategy" from a Brazilian website which listed the names of Christian priests sent all over the world to proselytise.

‎"And there are a few in Malaysia and I have tracked them down.”

He went on to reveal that young graduates from the United States were also used to proselytise to Muslims here.

"These young graduates work for the church in the US and under the campus ministry, they come here.

"They make friends with Muslim students and under the pretence of wanting to know more about Islam, they proselytise. Some naive Muslims have even brought these Americans home for Hari Raya," he told the 1,000 crowd, consisting mainly of students.

Karim also lamented that‎ Muslims in Malaysia were so caught up with hedonism that they did not care about the Allah issue.

"And we were not serious about the threats from them (Christians). We didn't understand.

"Our Christian friends are using it as a‎ strategy to proselytise to Muslims," he said, adding that the Christians have even succeeded in the mission.

‎He called on Muslims to spread the "Christianisation strategies" to ensure other Muslims do not fall into the trap of Christians.

"I hope now that you know these things, you will spread the word to other Muslims," he added.

The seminar was jointly organised by the Academy of Contemporary Islamic Studies, UiTM, Warisan Ibnu Aaby and the Selangor Islamic Council with the support of Utusan Malaysia, Kumpulan Karangkarf, TV Al-Hijrah, Zikay Group and Pantai Bharu Group of Companies.

UiTM said the seminar was organised to increase the understanding of Muslims about the issues concerning the hotly debated kalimah Allah.

Other speakers included Indonesians Masyud SM, Irena Handono‎ and Menachem Ali.

Masyud is a lecturer who has written books on Christology‎, including Misteri Natal while Irena is a former Catholic nun who converted to Islam in 1983. She is also an expert in Christology. – May 6, 2014.

http://www.themalaysianinsider.com/malaysi...-ngo-tells-foru

So what's next?
ISMA showing stupidity again

What are your contributions to the nation, says Isma warning non-Muslims over hudud issue

Muslim rights group Ikatan Muslimin Malaysia (Isma) has warned non-Muslims in the country that they have no right to oppose the plan to implement hudud, and said non-Muslims should understand that there are limitations to what they can say.

Its president Abdullah Zaik Abdul Rahman said non-Muslims “should be thankful that they have more than what they need in this country”.

“I don't see what their contributions are for them to be given so many privileges in the first place,” he said on the sidelines of a two-day International Muslim Thinkers Conference organised by the group in Kuala Lumpur today.

"Their strong stand against hudud gives the impression that they are in a dream world; they must realise that they have no say in determining the future of Muslims in this country," he added, in a comment on PKR and DAP opposing the plan by their Pakatan Rakyat coalition partner PAS to implement hudud in Kelantan.

Abdullah also said that while Isma felt that Malaysia was not ready for hudud, they were supportive of it since it was a meeting point for two Malay parties - PAS and ruling party Umno.

"To us, the more important factor is the sanctity of Islam and putting power in the hands of the Muslim people.

"We need to strengthen our position to secure our hold in this country," Abdullah said.

Abdullah added that his only concern over the implementation of hudud was that the current situation was not ideal for the law to be introduced, but added that Isma supported Umno’s and PAS’s plan to implement the Shariah criminal law in stages.

He also said the only reason former prime minister Tun Dr Mahathir Mohamad was against the implementation of hudud was because he was not properly briefed on it.

"I don't see him as being against hudud, it is just that perhaps those who presented the idea to him in the past did not give a clear and accurate picture," Abdullah ssid.

The controversial hudud issue flared up again when PAS announced plans last month to introduce two private members’ bills in Parliament to allow it to enforce the Islamic law in Kelantan.

This triggered an exchange of words between Kelantan deputy Menteri Besar Datuk Nik Mohd Amar Nik Abdullah and DAP’s national organising secretary Anthony Loke.

Nik Amar told PAS's Pakatan partners that they had "no right to interfere" in the Islamist party's plan to implement hudud in the east coast state, prompting Loke to tell PAS to leave Pakatan if the party was adamant on going ahead with its plan.

DAP has always been against the implementation of hudud in Malaysia, with its late chairman Karpal Singh arguing that it was against the Federal Constitution and national interest.

Meanwhile, Abdullah told a press conference today that he will lead a delegation of 30 Muslim scholars to meet Dr Mahathir tomorrow to present the findings of the two-day conference and get the former PM's feedback on how the Muslim community the world over can move forward.

Abdullah said they also wanted to secure Dr Mahathir's support for an even bigger conference bringing together thinkers from Muslim countries in November.

Among the speakers at the conference was Jamal Isa, chairman of Hamas political bureau from Palestine, who thanked Prime Minister Datuk Seri Najib Razak for sponsoring the conference.

Minister in the Prime Minister's Department Datuk Seri Jamil Khir Baharom, who was to have addressed the conference attended by 40 Islamic thinkers from 14 Muslim countries, was unable to attend at the last minute.

Among the issues raised by the international Muslim speakers were the destruction and bloodbath faced by Muslim nations due to outside interference and the need to unite for the Palestinian cause. – May 1, 2014.

SOS

SIAPA YANG BAYAR CUKAI PALING BANYAK?
WHAT IS ISMA'S CONTRIBUTION TO MALAYSIA?
SIAPA YANG DIBERI PALING BANYAK TONGKAT SEKARANG NI?
MAMAKTIR TOLAK HUDUD: KERANA DIA TAK PAHAM?
Google reward Pokemon masters

Google Is Sending Out Rewards To Users Who Found All 151 Pokémon In The April Fools Map Hunt

Leave it to Google to make April Fools fun long after the day is done. Users who successfully completed the Maps quest and found all 151 Pokémon (that's including the secret Mew) are being pinged by the search giant with a link to register for a surprise gift. What is it? Well, that's what surprise means.

The link (redacted above) goes to a Google Drive form where you add your information and verify your achievement by including the location the final secret Mew was found. It only showed up after all other 150 were captured, so you'd need to have finished to know the answer.

Google will take 4-6 weeks to ship out the mysterious gifts, so it's definitely a physical thing headed to your door. Let us know what it is, if you managed to snag all 151.

http://www.androidpolice.com/2014/04/30/go...fools-map-hunt/

Ayam sad, found till 150 pokemon then giv up

Penang to rename road to honour Karpal

Penang to rename road to honour Karpal

Penang Chief Minister Lim Guan Eng today proposed that the IJM Promenade in Seri Pinang be renamed to Persiaran Karpal Singh, in honour of the late DAP leader who died in a road crash last Thursday.

Announcing this to reporters at Karpal's house along Jalan Utama, Lim said renaming the road was a fitting way to honour the veteran lawyer and politician, who was known as the Tiger of Jelutong.

"I will be proposing at the next state exco meeting that we change IJM Promenade and rename it as the Karpal Singh Drive," Lim said.

The IJM Promenade, located next to the Penang Bridge, is about 800 metres long.

Lim later presented a map of the proposed name change to Karpal's widow, Gurmit Kaur. Also present were DAP adviser Lim Kit Siang and Karpal's son Gobind Singh Deo. – April 19, 2014.

What's your opinion? Support or Reject?

Source: http://www.themalaysianinsider.com/malaysi...o-honour-karpal

ISMA stupidity level infinity

http://www.themalaysianinsider.com/malaysi...not-about-propa

Seremban church says council directive to use Malay banners, not about propagating faith

A Pentecostal church in Seremban said it was following the law to put banners in Bahasa Malaysia to promote an Easter musical, a language that a Muslim rights group believed should not be used by non-Muslims in Malaysia.

Agape Community Church assistant pastor Tan Szet Anne said their promotional material for the annual Easter musical was in Bahasa Malaysia because of a directive by the Seremban city council that banners and posters must be in the national language.

"We have been organising this musical to commemorate Easter with a musical every two years for the past 20 years and there was never an issue.

"And because it is the law which can be found on the local council's website, we put up the posters and banners in Malay," she told The Malaysian Insider.

Tan said church members discovered that posters at the main road leading to their church and banners put up in Seremban had been removed. The Negri Sembilan capital city is 68km south of Kuala Lumpur.

"We are not going to lodge any police report over the matter because all those we want to inform about our musical now know about it.

"The musical is only three days away, and the town folk are familiar with our musical anyway," she said.

Muslim NGO Ikatan Muslimin Malaysia (Isma) had taken offence to the church using Bahasa Malaysia to promote its Easter musical which will be held at the end of this week.

Isma Seremban chief Zamani Ibrahim had reportedly questioned the church’s use of the national language in its posters to promote the Christian event, suggesting that the promotion, in a public space, was to encourage non-Christians to attend the musical.

Zamani had questioned why Malay was used to promote the event, when Christians are largely from the Chinese and Indian communities.

"The majority of Christians in this country are from the two races. The main language they use among themselves is English. Therefore, it raises questions why the posters promoting the Easter musical are in Malay," he said.

The group has been active in the past year, protesting against human rights and other groups over what it believes are threats to Islam and a conspiracy to convert Muslims into Christians – an offence in Malaysia.

It was recently learnt that Isma was one of the groups that is funded by the federal government, which has ironically been promoting a moderate stance internationally.

Tan, however, said they held “no grudge” against Isma.

"We recognise that it is just a certain section of people who have criticised us but it does not affect us or our musical because we haven't done anything against the law," she said.

Tan said the church would not request for any additional security from the police for the musical event, adding that she hoped there would not be any disturbance.

"We just want to carry on with our musical which is to commemorate Easter," she said.

The church conducts its service in English and Mandarin for it congregation of more than 700 worshippers. The musical is in English. – April 16, 2014.

Facepalm betul ISMA ni, making themselves look like a total joke.
