Regarding about this . I subsribed to streamyx plan around end last year. Right after the installation my internet speed is slow. I use steam/origin/garena etc to speed test , max download speed is around 1mbps , confuse where the other 7mbps? I subsribed to 8mbps plan . When I try the the speedtest ookla and tm speed test show 8mbps download speeds. Try to pc download/update , rest of wifi user cant use internet since the update/download already took all the mbps. Call tm about this , 1 day after they arrived and diagnose it. Cant seem to understand my problem and I gave up about it. The guy use the tm speed test/ookla and he shows everything is good. Because the website show 8mpbs dw / 0.5 upload.
I try to explain but he cant understand. I only get 1mbps download ONLY , wheres the other 7mbps.

A few months after , upgraded to unifi lite. Still the same thing happen. Now only 1.2mbps . Subscribe to unifi lite 10mbps

Or maybe I'm missing something here?
Already try using wired connection and probably all other method to fix it.
And I gave up.

Hi! Recently I purchased sony xperia xz . But after a month i decided to swap it with htc 10 ( Prev m8 , and loving HTC since then ). But after almost 1 week swapped , My speaker were rattling buzzling idk how to say it at the bottom .
Can i claim warranty at htc centre at lowyat or ask any seller to repair it for me. Bit worried since im not the original owner.. I dont have the box , etc.. only the phone swapped.
