Hi,

We have no experience dealing with finance company except private dealing with an individual.

We are selling the company lorry to a private owner and he got financing from a local leasing company (Orix). Please advice what the standard procedure and the things i need to know? In my opinion, leasing company will have terms & conditions as oppose to selling cash directly to an individual.
