certified of good conduct

Hi guys,
Recently I just applied for a certificate of good conduct online.
I do understand that this certificate will record down all your criminal record if you have any but I do find every country will have different rules regarding criminal record.
Question is for Malaysia criminal record mean conviction or what will it record in you certificate of good conduct.
I don't have any convicted criminal record but I do have a police case with my previous employer pending police investigation. Will this be record down in my certificate of good conduct?

Applying for China working visa

Dear all,
I been offer for a position at Beijing.
As the company is willing to sponsor me a visa I been told by the hr to come back to Malaysia to prepare for few documents.
1. Good behaviour letter from putrajaya
2. My diploma cert.

This are the 2 main documents that they want and also they want it to be verified

Anyone know what's the process or what I need to do here in Malaysia?

China Visa Rush Service

Dear All,
I got stuck here with my passport renewal today as the machine was out of service. probably will get it by tomorrow morning in ipoh. I already bought a bus ticket to kl tomorrow and will reach the china visa center by 2 pm.
Question is if I use the rush service and summit the visa application by 2 pm with rush service possible for me to get it by Tuesday? My flight is scedule at Tuesday night.

Dear Forumer
I been working for this restaurant since January 2016.
1 month ago the someone took the safe box cash sales revenue.
After our own investigation we can't find who's the suspect and the company want me to pay out the money. At that time I agreed since I am the one holding the key.
2 days ago same thing happend again and they want me to pay
I say I won't anymore as the amount was quite large.
They treaten me that they will report to me cbt.
I really want to know the procedure in Malaysia so that I can prepare my self.

My name is J and I had been working in fnb since the day i left school in 1998.
Been working in some of the best restaurants in Singapore and Hong Kong.
I am also a certifield sommelier and have very good knowledge in the wine industry.

Hr just informed me that they will pay me tomorrow with all the other staffs.
Company is using CIMB so if tomorrow mean i only will get pay on Monday right?

Food and Beverage Business Idea To Share

Dear All,
I just want to share a food and beverage business idea to anyone that interested in this project.
With the economy that`s going to be worse for the coming months I do believe that this kind of restaurant will be a big help to the society.

The idea of the restaurants will be selling every item in the menu for cost price. Imagine a nasi ayam for RM 2 or RM 3 cost price(depend on the location for rental cost) a mee goreng for RM 1.5 and so on. Everything from the menu will be at cost.
I will just list down the important points below and if ppl have interested in knowing more about this new business then I will write more later

1.Costing- Cost for raw material + labour cost + rental= pricing for each items.

2.Centralised kitchen

3.Need to open at least 5 outlets in one go

4.Only sell to member with card system (yearly membership will be between RM 15 to RM 20 to enjoy one whole year of buying food at cost price in all outlets)

By the way i am not looking for investor or anything.. just that i have the idea but not really capable for doing it.. if i cant do it now harm seing other doing it right? i do beleive that this model will be profitable in long run.
