hello there. just want some help. which 1 have higher market price. 2nd hand recond model or 2nd hand local model. i heard that used recond car(means have been register in msia) have lower market price than used local model car. EG; 96 CKD Honda civic vs 96/98 CBU Honda Civic. which one should be cheaper. taken the expect that the car is in original condition. no modded. thanks.

Video Enhancement in Distributed Computing

hello. i have final year project. the title of my project video enhancement in distributed computing. what my project is that i have a video that need some enhancement to the picture quality.

Project Based is LINUX, im using ubuntustudio.
language for programming is C
Distributed computing i use MPICH which written in C also.

this is the flow of my project:

1. Extract video to frame
progress. i have already able to extract the video to frames using VLC.
2. enhance image by frame or batch.
3. collect all the result and join it together to form video again.

i got stuck on the programming part on how to enhance the image that have been extract in C language. i need to use C to make it compatible with MPICH. So can anybody help me on how to enhance image or anybody have any idea on how to do Video Enhancement in distributed computing.
