New Honda City V vs Kia Sportage 2nd hand (2 years old)

Both about RM90k+

Actually interested in 2nd hand Mazda CX5 but it's too expensive (approximately RM120k+).

Honda City or 2nd hand Honda Civic 1.8?

Please advise on the above.
And also no need to recommend me other cars as i have decided to go with ONLY either one of this car.
Plan to buy it early next year.

Honda City E+
+ 100% new car
+ Comes with GPS and foldable backseat
- Lower cc compare to Civic
- This model already came out since 2009 (older technology and maybe this model going to discontinue soon?)

Honda Civic
+ Bigger cc and size
+ Still under Honda warranty
- 2nd hand car (2 years old)
- No GPS for 1.8 version and no foldable back seat
