If it was a normal headphone I would just replace the cable but the cable for this one is proprietary and didn&#39;t even provide spare. =.= Ok, whatever, I just consider myself unlucky. (But still kind of annoyed cos even my old cheap cheap earbuds can last for 3 year and never spoil and this &#39;premium&#39; one spoil faster than I can even get tired of it wtf.). So I began searching the depths of the Internet how to claim warranty from Sennheiser and finally I get the number of this &quot;Pantrade M Sdn Bhd&quot; Sennheiser service center in Malaysia. Called them, and apparently even though my headphones has 2 year international warranty they want to kenakan me RM95 &quot;admin charge&quot; for the repair (which i&#39;m pretty sure is only the cable but then again i can&#39;t be sure because again it&#39;s proprietary). WTF cekik darah one, upon hearing the price i was so scared i confirmed it twice and hung up the phone.
