Need Help to find Optimus Prime

Guys, really need your help to confirm this. While I was away for gallery visit, I was stuck in a rain just now and managed to hang around at Sungei Wang Plaza for a moment while waiting for the rain to stop. As I was wandering around, I stunned to a sudden found. It was Optimus Prime from the Combiner War's series and it is the only 'part' that I need to make it into Optimus Maximus! But, when I look through it, it seems like not genuine? Can you guy's tell me how do you authenticate a Transformers toy? And the price too. Is this Prime worth a shot for me?

I'm considering on upgrading my graphic card, but im not sure whats compatible for my build.

Current Specs:
Intel Core 2 Quad Q6600,
Asus p5g41t-m lx,
CM Elite v2 550w,
8gb ddr3 ram,
Nvidia Geforce GTS450 1gb

Usage is more towards moderate graphic rendering and misc work.
Current games usage doesn't seem to be heavily reliant on graphics; Dota2, Torchlight2, KOFXViii, CSGO.
Would be nice if able to play some modern games too (low-med settings), but im not quite sure if my C2Q is viable.

So I'd like to hear some opinions/recommendations from you guys, if its enough to just upgrade my GPU, or
should i consider saving up to upgrade my CPU & GPU considering not upgrading PSU,RAM,MOBO.

currently using celcom postpaid rm48 plan. but now got too slow when even still got limit. are there any recommendation of good postpaid plan around max rm80?

i found yes4g fiz, but its for fixed address ...its a great plan but i'm currently going forth and back between bentong and kuantan, so i'd prefer something portable....and definitely not using p1 cuz have bad exp with them .

-usage moderate games, heavy browsing and moderate streaming.
-prefer if got wifi modem, but just sim is fine too
