Looking for Customer Care Agents for backend Customer Service tasks in a reputable foreign MNC.
This role is for resolving customer issues and does not involve answering calls for hotlines etc.

Salary is between RM3k to RM5k depending on experience.
This is a permanent role and comes with the usual full benefits eg medical, bonus etc

Working hours are 8.30am to 5.30pm Monday to Friday, observing Malaysian public holidays. Would need to work 1 Saturday a month from 8.30am to 1pm.

Location is near Bangsar.
