I am buying a couple of cheap used handphones and XBox 360 consoles.

I read on multiple forum threads that handphones require SIRIM AP which costs hundreds of ringgit per phone. Is there anywhere to go round this? Maybe I can ship the phones to Australia or Singapore or Thailand and go and collect there just to save the 600 ringgit?

By the way, how about the Xbox'es? They come with free, used game discs too. Do I need to pay any strange custom duties, charges and fees?

Lastly, what are the items that are subjected to Sirim inspections and approval?

Help! Why Can't I open hotmail?

I am suspecting virus infection on my pc. I just can't open hotmail and some other sites. Google, lowyat, gmail seem to work just fine.

Can anyone help me out by checking out if hotmail and paypal sites are accessible?

Right now its 3.18am....and an hour ago, I was saman by some hot shot cops for bringing 6 persons including myself in my Proton Wira. Shit...i was like.. duh they always carry four at the back right?

I then went to the cawangan trafik to see if I can rayu or do anything else to reduce or better, cancel the summon. But those guys phew......

I was told that I am going to pay rm 200++ for this saman......I don't have that much money guys.

Anyone with similar experience or anyone knowledgable in this field,,,please help me. Tell me what i need to do. Tell me whats best for me.

Damn lot of problems

Guys, I would like to ask for your help, so please help me.

My situation: My PC is damn slow recently,the internet explorer lags everytime it opens and refreshes. The IE6 takes time to respond even when i am and was scrolling any website. So I am thinking to reformat the PC wif a XP disk. But when I think of reformatting the PC, I would need my drivers. I have asked from the shop where i bought the PC from,(shit it lags/hangs again). They repliedd me wif a "Let us do the job, we are pros and you are not, u would mess the things up". this also means that I have to pay the stupid shop RM50.By the way, I askeed them to give my drivers back, but they reponded by saying"we dont have your drivers." Ridiculous.

As i am writing this, the PC has lagged about 4 or 5 times. I am so desperate now. How can I reformat My XP perfectly and smoothly??

So guys, please help me.
