do you know which company take a lot of employee every month and sometimes use recruitment firm for recruit. the company actually the employee came in and out every days because of got better job offer, dont have many benefit, work at syif hour. that's why people came in and out

but somehow the salary quite good

1.for example company is Vads. is a BPO company,business in call centre like TM, celcom and many more, the employee always came and out.
they also provide Training, they accepted many fresh grad with no experience. its so easy to entered because they want more people
located at TTDI, semua house, kelana jaya and many more
salary around 1500 to 1800
but it only have renewal contract position with lack of benefit

2.and then HSBC Electronic Data Processing (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd. is bank company do the processing and call centre...
they also provide Training, they accepted many fresh grad with no experience. its so easy to entered because they want more people
located at Cyberjaya and KL
salary 1800 to 2XXX with lot of benefit and permanent position
syif depend on country you serve , the Public holiday is same with country what you serve and it not use Malaysia PH and they dont pay extra if you work at Malaysia PH,
the company is 24/7 operation. the HR very straightly on the detail when job application, if you provide wrong info such as working experience, they will reject you. is hard for experience workers because they aspect "overqualified" and more prefer fresh grad.

there are 2 example company what i know, is there have any company such like that, come share with us, maybe easy for us to find other job and fresh grad still not working yet..
