Teeth Grinding Problem

As per title, i always grind my teeth when I'm sleeping.

When I'm grinding i didn't know i do it. lel

I'm the type of people who sleeping until the next day and have no idea what is happening in between.
Thunders, rains can't wake me up. Unless weather too hot or i feeling too cold.

This is somehow terrifying people who sleep together with me.

Those who slept with me said the sound is sharp.

Anyone have solution over this problem?

Sharing cool story

Few days back i have agreed to meet a new friend of mine, since we both never meet each other so I invited my friend go along together with me, cos i don't usually practise one to one to meet a total new stranger, mainly because of the security issues on this beloved country.

We agreed to meet at 9pm since the new friend is only free after that. I have reached the place earlier since I'm living nearby and the she coming from somewhere slightly far.

So my friend and i ordered drinks and waiting for her.

While waiting she keep text me trying to chit chat with me, i did reply her all the time, I assume that she is not ffk me cos she trying to keep in touch. Somehow she is still not showed up....

Half hour passed...

Seeing my friend started to get bored... We ordered rojak to eat. Actually I am on diet, but gah. So i had a sinful supper.

"Where are you now? how long more?"

"Roughly 10min, sorry for my late cos i got something to do just now."

"Oh, ok"

10min later....

Still now shows up.

She called me: "Where are you? I'm reaching now. Wait me for a while, ok?"

Me : "Ok"

Seeing the waiters walking in and out serving customers. TV showing some advertisements, nothing interesting to watch.

My friend and I didn't talk much cos he is kinda tired.

My phone ringing again.

"Where is the location of the mamak? Which block?" She asked.

"At bla bla bla..."

"Ok ok I'm coming now", I can hear she gasping.
I hung the phone.

Waited for some minutes and yet still not now showing up.

My friend said, "let's go, we have waited for one hour."

So we stand up, paid for the drinks and foods, leaving the place, and get into car.

While I just dropped my butt on the car seat, my phone rings again.

I didn't answer the call. From the car window, I saw somebody go to the place, keep making calls and checking phone. Hovering and keep on look around.

While my phone keep ringing, I know that is her...
