All new Kia Rio SX or Toyota Vios G 2013?

Dear all,

Within my budget (below 90k), I have shortlisted my choice to this two.

1.4 Kia Rio SX & 1.5 Vios G spec.

I dont really care about the resell value as Im planning to use the car for 10 years.
Therefore, my main concern would be the reliability, maintenance/spare part costs, and fuel consumption hopefully not too bad. I really like the design of the all new Kia Rio though. Btw, sorry for the noob question, but does the sunroof affect it's NvH. I am very particular with this as well. I like my car to be silent

Which will be a better choice?
Kia Rio SX 79,888
Vios G spec 88,500

Buying a new car or used 5 years car?

Let's compare cars with great resell value.
A 5 year or below used car between let's say Honda City and Toyota Vios.

If you guys were to buy a car, which choice would you take?

1) Used Vios/City (Around 4/5 years old) - could risk for many faulty parts and higher maintenance fee?
2) Brand new Vios/City - free service?

Justify please...

What are your opinion in math terms?

Dear all, I travel frequently as I am in sales line.

Hence, my main concern would be

1. Fuel consumption
2. Maintenance cost
3. Reliability

Of course, design play a part too but that is only my second priority in choosing a car.

Any recommendations from fellow car experts along with justifications?
