How to repaint chalky walls

Bedroom wall has been chalky for years and it's the only wall that is chalky in my condo unit. Google says that it's because paint used wasn't UV resistant and that before I repaint it I need to put a chalky wall sealer. There are also sites that recommends just cleaning off the chalk with mild detergent and a scrub. Which way is better?

Do I have to add a primer or something else before I repaint the wall?

Of course, I want to keep the delivery fee as cheap as possible. I have tried checking poslaju website and I'm not satisfied with the search outcomes. Flexipack international size is not big enough for the artwork.

I wish poslaju has a search button like "I want to" then the bottom is option send local/international to which country blablabla then it ill generate a list of options for us. Now so mafan have to tekan here and there.

ok in all honesty i didn't buy a nubra but another brand but it doesn't work for me and i'm not willing to use it for only one night.

anyhow, has anyone ever use tape to tape their breasts in place? which tape to use? medical tape good enough? can it last long?

Lego pieces in fish tank

I have a Betta fish and thinking of getting a bigger tank for him. So thought of putting in some aquatic plants inside, make aquascape hehe, and then since i have loose Lego pieces I thought of building something like a tunnel or a cave or a ship for him to swim around. Any problems may arise? It's my first time with a Betta fish and I've no experience in handling fish tanks.

My ex father in law gave me this coin long time ago. Say it's for protection if I remembered correctly. Being a banana daughter in law that time, I just smile and nodded to whatever he said that time.
