I am a working professional (Chinese male, 30+) with girlfriend, non-smoker and very clean / tidy. I am looking for a room in any of the following areas (Immediate, Dec 13, Jan 14):

PJ, Subang and nearby, my office is in USJ 1, girlfriend taking LRT

Requirements:
- Fully furnished room with air-condition (size doesn't matter)
- Must be within short walking distance to any LRT station
- A car park is great but not a must (willing to pay extra)
- Prefer to stay in a clean and safe environment

Note: I will not be around on most weekends (Sat & Sun) as I'll be travelling back to my home.
