let's say if a short call now cost you 9 cents, after this new guide implemented next year, each time you make a short call will cost you 10 cents.

here's the calculation:
9 cents + 6% gst = 9.54 cents, and it will be rounded up to 10 cents.
1 cent gst out of 9 cents usage = 11.11% of gst!

for now, rm90 prepaid card cost you rm95.40 = 6% gst NETT

with this new guide, you will first pay rm90 for rm90 credit.
but let's say you use all your rm90 credit for short calls,
1000 x 9 cents = rm90
but 1000 x 1 cent gst = rm10 (11.11% gst)

so for every rm90 reload you are now paying rm10 of gst instead of rm5.40 gst.
this means you are paying 11.11% gst instead of 6% gst.

as for us users, we will be charged gst based on each usage, for eg. each 9 cents short call will need to pay 1 cent gst, so 1000 sms x 1 cent gst = rm10 gst paid by us.
but for telco to pay gst to govenment will be based on accumulation, for eg. rm90 received from users, telco will pay 6% of rm90 = rm5.40 to govenment.
we pay rm10 gst but telco only pay rm5.40 to government.
so telco can legally take the extra rm4.60 gst (collected due to round up) and declare as their profit.

i don't know what is this ahmad shabery suggesting something worse for us?!
he is trying to help telco to earn extra 5.11% (11.11%-6%)!

what i am trying to say is that paying 6% gst upfront is better than paying 6% gst upon each usage!
because users will lose out more from 6% to 11.11% (due to rounding up)!
if ahmad shabery cannot help user to waive off that 6% gst, can he not suggesting something more stupid?

not to mention those credit which you have reloaded from 01/04/15 til 31/12/15, you already paid 6% gst.
but when you try to use those credit starting 01/01/16, you will be charged gst again (double gst)?!

whatsapp problem

any new messages to my whatsapp will only comes in when i on the whatsapp application or when i'm using it. if my whatsapp is just on background, the new messages won't come in by itself.

i don't face such issue using line/wechat/bbm/telegram. the messages from these messenger applications will come in by itself although i didn't on it or when they are at background.

any idea what's wrong? phone problem or whatsapp problem or telco problem? or it's just about setting? anybody else facing this issue?

i was dead?! what actually happened?! why i don't have any memories of that earlier?! no wonder all my friends did not respond to me just now... because they couldn't see me nor hear me!

i ran out from the room in tears. i tried to calm down but i really don't know how. since i was still inside the same building, i decided to find out myself any traces of what actually happened to me that night. i went down to level 14th using the lift and walked around there but i found nothing and still remember nothing. after some time, i gave up and decided to leave. i went back to the lift and pressed the going down button.

as i was still wondering in my thought considering the possibilities of the incident, the lift arrived at level 14th and i walked in... only to find that...

i was still traumatised by the incident, so did the rest of us. tonight, all of us still remember the promise we made that night (right before the incident), which was to meet again at the same place and same time 3 days later. and yes, all of us turned up tonight. i arrived the earliest and waited for the rest of them. not long after, another friend arrived and sat next to me. he looked traumatised too. although i don't feel any better than him, but i talked to him and tried to comfort him. however, he did not respond anything to me (no words nor any facial expression).

then, the rest started to arrive one by one. they bore the same expression (down and traumatised). i greeted and talked to each of them but none of them reply anything to me (treating as if i was invisible). i was not angry because i had the same feeling which was why i know and i understand the feeling of losing a close friend. for the next few minutes, we all just sat there quietly.

after a while, i noticed something was not right. there was exactly 10 of us in the room (including me)! yes, i counted again and confirmed it's really 10 of us in there! i panicked and i had the thought within me saying it should be just 9 of us, right???

my memory flashed back to the night of the incident and i slowly recalled back the incident.

at first i searched for the brand head & shoulders...
but i can only find this brand hair & showers which is closest to it...

a bit upset, i went to look for the brand pantene instead...
but i can only find this brand pantoil which is closest to it...

a bit fed up, i then went to look for the brand rejoice...
but i can only find this brand rcjoice which is closest to it...

very angry and disappointed, i went home!!!

lyn complicated supernatural story

last night ten of us went for dinner and had some drinks afterwards.
that dinner/drinking place was at the top floor of the building.
after our dinner/drinking, we went into the lift going down.
it's already passed midnight and ten of us managed to squeeze ourselves into the lift.
when the lift coming down reaching level 14th, the lift stopped and the door opened by itself (although none of us press 14th and there was nobody waiting outside at level 14th to enter).
we quickly pressed the button to close the door but the lift sounded alerting us that the lift was overweight and so the door won't close.
one of us (the one at the front near the door) volunteered to go out so that the lift door would close.
actually we all felt that something came in (increasing the weight in the lift) forcing one of us to go out from the lift.

cut the story short, when we reached to the ground floor...
our friend who went out at level 14th already down there!!!
how he managed to reach to the down floor earlier than the rest of us???
